Creative collaboration is about harnessing people’s individual skills…so that everyone feels they have a role to play…it puts everyone on a level…encourages imagination…spreads the ball in order to create a positive atmosphere for creating work.
Also, and there’s no other way to say this…it keeps everyone on brand…they can do their different things but if they understand the house style then you get a lot more done because you’ve established the ground rules.
